Banana bread/cake cooked in bundt pan Modified

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 1-1/4 cup sugar (or splenda)1 cup of mashed banana2 egg whites1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1tsp vanilla1/4 cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt1/4 cup unsweetened Almond Milk2 cups of flour
cream applesauce and sugar, add vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, salt and egg whites.
Add the bananas.
Add flour mix well, I use in bundt pan.
Cook for approx. 50 minutes at 350.
The small size on bundt is the 51 calories; the large is 1-2. In other words, 24 serving if using the small or half the big of ridges.
