Sofrito water based simple

Ingredients
4 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 large Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 2 tbsp Pepper, black
Directions
Cut vegetables, wash and toss in blender with water and spices. Distribute into multiple small plastic containers. Freeze and thaw until needed.
