Smoky vegan cheese sauce

Ingredients
2.5 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted1.75 cup diced Potato, raw1.25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw8.0 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes4.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2 cups water1 tsp turmeric.5 to 1 tsp smoked paprikaSalt to taste
Directions
Cook raw cashews, potato, onion and carrot for at least 20 minutes in water. Combine all ingredients in good blender and season to taste. I used the cooking water for the nutrients.

Serving Size: Makes about 5.5 cups. 1/2 per serving.
