Pintos and Cheese

Ingredients
0.20 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce 0.75 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 0.60 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Taco Bell Verde Sauce 0.13 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 50 grams Cilantro, raw 1.50 tsp Blend It Up! Spice Blend - Tortilla Soup/Salsa Seasoning 1.75 cup rosarita refried beans, vegetarian
Directions
Empty beans into a medium saucepan and add water. Heat over medium heat. Add spice blend and tobasco to pot and stir. Heat until bubbling, then remove from heat. Stir in diced celery and 1/2 of the roughly chopped cilantro. Finish with 1 tbsp cheese, then some cilantro, and a sprinkle of chili powder. Drizzle a little taco sauce around the cheese and serve.

Serving Size: Makes two good sized bowls of soup
