Ingredients
8 oz Beef Skirt Steak (by WILDMAN5427) 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Put Olive oil and butter in a pan, heat, add steak, cover and cook for 20 min, change sides every 3-4 min. Add garlic powder, all purpose seasoning. Cool for 5 min before cutting
