In a frying pan Dry fry mince and remove all fat ( you can use low fat mince ) saving you calories
In a large pot Dry fry onions
Add to the meat and all other ingredients
Let simmer for 30 minutes
Season to taste
You can add more spice etc
Serve with rice or pitta breads
