Its best to make sure you have all your ingredients at hand. That way you wont have to search around for anything.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Boil your noodles for about 10 minutes so that wont be fully cooked. They will cook more in the oven. Mix meat, garlic, onion powder together and place in skillet till brown. For a little added spice and some cajun seasoning to meat (optional).Drain any excess water or grease that may come from the meat. Place meat back in skillet and pour your spaghetti sauce over the meat. Semi drain your tomatoes. Leave just enough juice in there so it can mix in with the meat sauce.Pour tomatoes in skillet with meat and let simmer for about 5 minutes. As the meat is simmering take your two dressings and mix them together. Spray your pan with canola oil or any cooking spray that is calorie free. Add meat to the bottom of the pan and spread to the edges. Then put one cup of cheese over it and add noodles. Once noodles are layered spread some of the dressing mix over them. Repeat steps 2x more but on the very last step when you put the noodles down and dressing mix add one more layer of meat sauce and put in oven for 50 minutes. The last ten minutes put your last 2 cups of cheese on top and let melt and brown. Take out and put Parmesean cheese on top and let cool for awhile. Get a side salad and enjoy!!
