See above-ciabatta makes the best bread crumbs, squeeze lemon into mixture after zesting, Crumb Topping is the last 3 ingredients- mix this seperately.
Preheat oven- 400. Use Pampered Chef-type stone ware for best results and heat in oven AS it PREHEATS. Mix 7 ingredients (after mushrooms) in small bowel- chop shrimp, zest lemon, squeeze the juice and add to mixture. Snip parsley with sheers and press garlic in a press. Divide evenly among mushrooms and push into the caps. Mix last 3 ingredients in small bowl and sprinkle on mushrooms. Spray with Olive Oil Pam and bake for 18-20 minutes.
