Green Bean Salad with Lime Vinaigette

Ingredients
Green Beans 3 lbs (Fresh or frozen)Lime Juice, 3.5 TBLSP*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3.5 tbsp lime zest, 1 tsp (optional)splenda (Sugar substitute) 3 tapSalt, 1 tsp Red Onion, raw, 1 small
Directions
* in a large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook beans, stiring a few times, until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towles.
* In a large bowl, whisk the lime juice with olive oil, lime zest, salt and splenda. add Beans and toss. Add Red Onions and toss again. Serve at once.

The beans can be cooked and refrigerated overnight. Dress just before serving
