6 cup Cascone's Garden Style Pasta Sauce (by MONVIET) 48 oz Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 19 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 4 cup, sliced Zucchini (strips or circles)6 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)
Brown the turkey and add to 1 jar of pasta sauce
Mix cottage cheese and egg substitute
Spoon some sauce on the bottom of a large casserole or cake pan
Lay out one layer of zucchini, then top with a layer of meat sauce, then a layer of cottage cheese mix.
Repeat layers until gone.
Top with remaining jar of pasta sauce and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes uncovered. Top with cheese and bake until melted/golden
