Mel's Honey Nut Granola

Ingredients
4 cup Oats, Quaker 2 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp) .33 cup Canola Oil 0.5 cup Honey 1 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals) 8 oz Great Value whole almonds 1 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet and bake, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown (about 30-40 minutes)
