Ingredients
32 oz Chicken breast, 4 oz (Tyson frozen uncooked boneless skinless) make bite size pieces3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup Fage Total 1 serving 1 Tbs. chpped fresh mint (by ANEWAY) 2 tbsp Spice mix shan kormaGarlic ginger paste3 tsp Garlic 3 tsp Ginger Root 1 small Onions, raw
Directions
Warm coconut and oilve oil, lightly fry chicken, add ginger garlic paste, add onion and cover. cook until onions are translucent. Add yogurt and spices. Cook for 20 more minutes on low heat, until oil separates. Sprinkle with fresh mint.
Serve with cauliflower rice or low carb tortilla, or eat on salad greens
