Kelly's BARIATRIC Mexican Minced Beef

490 grams Ground beef, lean 1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips 5 medium Mushrooms, fresh 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, Lee & Perrins (by HEROLDC) 1.5 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Sage, ground 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 serving chicken bouillion (1 cube) (by MRS_ROGCAR) 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .75 tsp Chili powder .75 serving Passata (Mutti) x100gms (half a cup) 2 1tsp Olive Oil
Brown off minced beef in olive oil.
Add in water and sauces, plus vegetables.
Add in seasonings and simmer for a good 30-45 minutes or so - until mince isn't lumpy and vegetables are soft.
Serve with a little sour cream, grated cheese and / or guacamole (extra nutritional values here of course)
Serving Size: Makes at least 5-6 3/4 cup servings
