Ingredients
4 serving chicken brest boneless, skinless 4oz .25 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup Goya Black Beans 1 cup Corn, Birds Eye, Fresh Frozen, sweet kernel (by MARJJANE) 6 oz Onion, sweet, raw .5 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 12 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice .25 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 2 cup green giant cauliflower rice
Directions
Smart Points 6. Place chicken pieces into slow cooker, season with pepper. Add all remaining ingredients except the cauliflower rice. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours approx. Remove the chicken from the crock pot once cooked. Pull the chicken and put the pieces back into the crock pot, mix well. Add the cauliflower rice, stir to mix. Return heat to high and cook for another hour.
