Cashew Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
1.5 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 10.5 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 1 clove Garlic .5 tsp Ginger Root 1 serving Celery Stalk (1 med stick 7-8 in) (by SUNFLOWR) .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 6 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS) 1 medium Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 4 serving Whole Grain Torilla (by HONDASMITH)
Directions
In a large skillet over high heat, stir fry the cashews for a few minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the oil, garlic, ginger, celery and cayenne pepper, stirring between each addition

Add the chicken and continue to stir fry for another 3 minues. Stir in the carrot and cook for 2 minutes more. Add the lemon zest and cabbage, and stir to finish cooking. Turn off the heat and stir in cashews; blend well.

Portion the mixture into wraps and roll. Serve immediately.
