Ingredients
2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) .25 cup Butter, unsalted 1 serving Aloha Nu Coconut Flour 1/2 cup (by CYBERGRANNY1) 5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (it will be a thick mixture). Place in muffin tins (it is helpful to use a 1/4 measuring cup) and bake for 13-18 minutes at 400 degrees.
