10 Minute Low Carb Mexican Chili

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef 0.5 cup Salsa 1 tsp Coriander seed 1 tsp Cumin seed 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Morton's Lite Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine the ground beef and all of the spices (all should be ground!). Add ground cayenne for an extra kick. When the meat is cooked through, add your salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Optional garnishes: red onion, cilantro, avocado, lime, cheese, sour cream, peppers, celery.
