Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 can Canned Tomatoes 3 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 16 oz Ground beef .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Mix meat and eggs together thoroughly in a mixing bowl then add
a 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes and a 8 ox can of tomato sauce.
Add salt and pepper, onions , bell pepper and oats up to the consistency desired.
Shape into loaf/loaves, bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
45/60 minutes for larger loaves.
