Spicy Thai noodles and shrimp (pad Thai)

Ingredients
1 cup angel hair pasta - barilla 8 oz Shrimp, raw 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 3 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 tsp Ginger, ground 6 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 0.5 tbsp Canola Oil 2 tsp Garlic 2 cup Bean sprouts 0.25 oz Peanuts, dry-roasted 0.15 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 100 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the angel hair pasta. Cook for 5 minutes and drain. Cut the shrimp into one inch pieces. Mix the sugar, ketchup, ginger and lime juice together. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet. Add the minced garlic and shrimp and toss for 30 seconds. Add the pasta, sauce and 11/2 cups of the sprouts. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes, tossing to mix the ingredients thoroughly. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining bean sprouts, chopped peanuts, crushed red pepper and chopped cilantro.
