Ingredients
1.0 tsp Salt1.0 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh3.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Yellow Cornmeal1.0 cup Rice flour, brown2.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)6.0 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla1.0 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave24.0 tsp Sugar, Florida Crystals Organic Sugar1.0 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
Directions
Combine almond milk and apple cider vinegar and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients and add melted butter spread and milk and add in corn. Combine lightly and spoon into a 12 count muffin tin. Bake at 350° 18 to 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Serving Size: 1 muffin
