BAKED APPLE/CRAISINS (Microwave version)

Ingredients
1 large APPLE fresh with skin 1 tbsp Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 CHERRIES, Winco frozen Dark Sweet (optional)
Directions
Core the apple and place it in a small microwave safe bowl.
Mix the craisins, sugar and cinnamon, and spoon the mixture into the apple. Stuff the cherries, still frozen, into the top. Microwave for approximately 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to sit for a few minutes. Eat... or enjoy it with your favorite whipped topping or ice cream...
