Dry:1 cup Namaste Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend 1 cup Almond Flour1T Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice .5 tsp Salt Wet:1 cup Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin .5 cup Coconut (toasted) almond milk Califia Farms .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .25 tsp maple extract1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 cup Erythritol 1/4 cup Xylitol 4 tiny scoops stevia, super extract (Trader Joe's)10 drops SweetLeaf Vanilla CremeTopping:.25 cup chopped Walnuts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In separate bowl combine wet. Mix together.
Pour into greased loaf pan and top with walnuts. Bake 40 min.
(May pour into muffin pan and bake about 17-19 minutes)
