Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
6 cups old-fashioned oatmeal1 cup packed Brown Sugar 3 T Cinnamon 4 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt 2 cups Almond Milk, Original 4 Eggs 1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 cup (not packed) Raisins 4 oz Slivered Almonds 1 med. apple finely chopped
Directions
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. In another bowl scramble eggs then add almond milk, vanilla and applesauce. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir. Finely chop apple. Add nuts, raisins and apple to other ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
