Ingredients
48.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup1.0 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 tbsp Cumin seed2.0 tbsp Chili powder2.0 tbsp Onion powder2.0 tbsp Garlic powder2.0 tbsp Salt1.0 tbsp Pepper, black16.0 tbsp Green Mountain Farms: Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt113.0 Grams Green Chili Peppers, canned8.0 oz Cheese, Block - Colby & Monterey Jack (Kroger)8.0 oz Cacique - Ranchero Queso Fresco1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Put chicken, milk, butter, and spices in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken, put back into crock pot. Dice onion and garlic. Lightly brown in saucepan. Put in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours more. Stir. Eat.
