Clydie B's Fried Rice

Ingredients
2.0 cup White Rice, medium grain (cooked)2.0 large Scrambled Egg (broken)4.0 tbsp Corn Oil3.0 clove Garlic (minced)0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw (minced)100.0 Grams Chicken Breast, no skin, fried (stripps)100.0 gram(s) Virginia Chicken Hotdog (tablet sized slices)1.0 dash Salt
Directions
Heat the oil in medium heat. Saute onions and garlic for 1 min. Add the Chicken Breast and fry until golden. Add the Hotdogs and stir for 2 min. Add rice and scrambled egg and cook for 5 min. Serve.
