Ingredients
.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .25 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 0.25 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.2 cup Bean sprouts .5 oz Radish, Fresh 0.25 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 0.5 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) .5 cup Spinach, fresh .3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
put oil, salt, pepper and spices in bottom of to go bowl. Add veggies and top with lettuce, cabbage, spinach or mix. When time to eat toss salad inside container and eat before your IP lunch meal to get your veggies in while you are hungry and can really taste their deliciousness.
