Nikki's sausage and potatoe bowl

Ingredients
15 serving(s) Season''s Select Red Potatoes 12 serving(s) HEB Smoked Sausage 32 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 2 cup Great Value Canola oil 8 tbsp Imperial Stick Margarine 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
In a large nonstick pot, add 4 tablespoons of maragine and cook on low until onions are tender. Next rinse potatoes and cut into quarter sizes. Add the remainder of the margarine, Canola oil, black pepper and garlic powder. Add potatoes and turn temperature up to low-medium and cook for about 15 minutes. Cut ends of sausages and cut into small quarter pieces and to onion & potato mixture. Cook for another 10 minutes, ensuring the potatoes are tender.
