Ingredients
0.12 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers) 35 gram(s) Potatoes, Dice (Simply Potatoes) 2/3 c. 1 tortilla (approx 10" dia) Flour Tortillas .75 large Scrambled Egg
Directions
1. Sautee chopped green bell peppers and diced potatoes until browned.
2. Scramble eggs, seperately. Stir in cheese.
3. Assemble vegetables and eggs into a burrito.
