.25 cup, chopped Walnuts .25 cup, stirred Soy Flour 0.66 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Spelt Flour (1 serving = 0.25 c or 30 g) (by DS1222) 0.33 cup Flour, Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat (by CAFEGANESHA) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Hain Iodized Sea Salt (by JUNEPORCH) 1 cup Soy Milk
In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients together. After the dry ingredients are mixed together add your milk and your eggs. Stir until well mixed, there will be small lumps because of the walnuts.
In a pre-heated skillet ladle 1/4 of the batter in and cook for 2 min on both sides. Serve warm and enjoy!
