5.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pompeian Imported Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (by KINSPAPPY) 2 tbsp organic dijon mustart (great value) 5.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (Greenwise) 1 tbsp Pepper, black
Mix all ingredients together.. use a wisk to mix well. It is easier to measure 1/3 cup of vinegar, and 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil, and 1/8 cup of dijon mustard. I sometimes double the recipe to fill the salad dressing bottle.. you can also switch out your vinegar for a different flavor.. like use a balsamic vinegar instead of apple cider.
