4 cups 365 crushed tomatoes1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tbsps coconut sugar2 cloves Garlic , minced1 tsp Anise Seed, crushed1 tbsp dried Basi2 tsp sea salt2 pounds 85% Lean Ground Beef1 cup Trader Joe's Parmesan Cheese Shredded 6 cups Spaghetti Squash cooked
Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add in minced garlic and crushed anise seed. Add in chopped beef. Stir until meat is almost cooked all the way through. Add in crushed tomatoes. Add in sea salt and basil. Stir and let simmer on low heat with cover off. Cook over low heat for 45 min. and then turn off heat and add in coconut sugar. Let the sauce sit for 15 min. before plating.
Serve over spaghetti squash and top with Parmesan cheese.
