1 muffin English Muffin 2 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon 1 serving Cheese Sargento Sharp Cheddar 1 Slice 80 cal 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Using a breakfast sandwich maker ex: hamilton beach (or you can make these all separate in a pan and toaster. Place bottom half of english muffin cheese and canadian bacon in the bottom ring, lower the top ring and add the egg break the yolk add the top of the english muffin on top of the egg close the egg and cook for 5 minutes or until the yolk is solid and not runny
