Ingredients
2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Vegetable Broth 1 tbsp Better than Boullion Vegetable Base (by APPIFANIE) 1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) .25 cup Corn Starch
Directions
place all (except cornstarch) in Crock Pot - cook on low 6 hours.
15 minutes before serving, add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water, mix well.
Pour mixture into stew and stir thoroughly.
