Beef & Cheese Foldover

1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Parsley 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 0.50 cup Cheese - Kraft Tex-Mex Shredded 8 tbsp Cheese - Kraft Cheeze Whiz Light (2tbsp or 30 gr) 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 2 cup Bisquick Original All-Purpose Baking Mix (mix only)
Heat oven to 375
Brown meat n onions
Stir in corn, cheese whiz, ketchup
Set aside
Add hot water to mix, knead and roll out into 12" circle transfer to stone with cooking spray.
Spoon meat into centre of dough leave 2" from edge.
Fold edge over meat leaving centre uncovered.
Bake 20 minutes, top with shredded cheese, bake 2-3 minutes until melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
