4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .25 cup Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .25 tsp Baking Soda 1 serving Salt - 365 Sea Salt (1/4 Tsp) (by MATT_MILL) .25 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 8 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet
Prehead oven on 315 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or choose a nonstick cookie sheet.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until mixed thoroughly. Roll out 8 balls and place them on the cookies sheet. Press the balls down until they are flat at about 1/4 of an inch.
Bake in the over for up to 30 minutes almost until they are over cooked as they will become crunchier. If you want them softer, bake them for just 15-20 minutes until cooked all the way through.
Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.
