Ingredients
Directions
1 pound of bacon or more if desired for larger quantity8 ounces of cream cheese8 jalapeno. Each jalapeno will make two poppers
By however many jalapeños you want and remember that eat jalapeño will make to poppers. First thing to do is wash the jalapeños and cut them in half lengthwise. To help with heat remove seeds and veins if you don’t handle heat well you can boil for a few minutes. Once you are ready take each half and fill with around 1 tablespoon of cream. You can add or remove some depending on the size of your jalapeño. Once filled take half a slice of bacon and wrap each pop or depending on the size of the jalapeño you can use a whole slice of bacon if needed. Once all of your poppers are ready put them on the grill at 350 and leave on until the bacon is cooked. I have never had any problems with poppers sticking to the grill good luck and enjoy!
