Ingredients
1 serving smithfield bacon 2 slices 4 cup green giant cauliflower rice 3 serving smithfield bacon 2 slices 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 4 oz Cream Cheese 0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese .33 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
cook the onions in the bacon grease
add cauliflower
add chicken broth
add cream cheese
and cheddar cheese
mix with emmersion blender to make smooth and creamy.
add chopped bacon to top it with the chives
