Avacado Lime Dressing/Marinade

Ingredients
1 Avacado, pitted and peeled1 tsp. grated shallot or sweet onion3 Tbsp. olive oilJuice from 1 lime1/2 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. water
Directions
Puree all ingredients.
May need to adjust salt/pepper to taste.
May also need to add a drizzle of white vinegar and/or water to thin to desired consistency.
