Slow Cooker Pork over Basic Veggies

.5 cup celery 4 oz canned mushrooms in pieces1 cup chopped onions2 Tbsp butter2.5 lbs pork 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper .5 cup beef broth 1 tsp instant beef bouillon 1 Tbsp flour
Slice the celery.
Chop the onion if you did not purchase it chopped.
Drain the mushrooms.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces if desired.
Place celery, mushrooms, onion, and butter in slow cooker.
Brown the pork in a skillet using the olive oil.
Layer pork over vegetables.
Pour beef broth over pork.
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
Combine bouillon and flour until smooth.
Sprinkle bouillon/flour mixture over pork.
Cover.
Cook on high 3 hours or low 4-5 hours.
