Easy Zucchini and Tomato Bake

Ingredients
12.2 oz Zucchini (1 Large Zucchini)7.51 oz Cherub Tomatoes 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Slice zucchini into quarter-inch medallions and then half those medallions. Half the cherub tomatoes. Place veggies in glass pan and drizzle olive oil over them. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until they are tender.
