Ingredients
2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1.0 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat
Directions
Put olive oil in pan. Put all the ingredients together. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Season with mayo.
