Boiled Egg Omlet w/ Veggies & Cheese

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 dash Salt1.0 tsp Garlic4.0 serving Egg white, large1.0 tbsp Bell Pepper, Green1.0 tbsp Tomato, Red, Raw1.0 tbsp Onion, Red, Raw1.0 tbsp Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded, Kraft
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile, add eggs, salt, garlic, and vegetables to zip-lock bag and seal. Shake bag to mix ingredients well. Open bag and add cheese. Seal bag again without mixing. Place sealed bag in boiling water, letting it float on its own freely, for 20 minutes in the water. Carefully Remove bag from water and empty on to plate. Enjoy. Note: Try adding any ingredients to bag. Such as ham, turkey sausage, etc. Serving Size: 1 Omlet
