Cauliflower soup (Golden Austrian Recipe)

Ingredients
5 cup, chopped Kale 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1.25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup cashew nuts, raw (by STEELCAT91) 2 leek Leeks 16 oz Carrot juice -- fresh 2 clove Garlic .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
Place all ingredients except kale (or spinach) and raw cashews in pot. Medium heat. Bring to rolling boil. Reduce & simmer 15-20 min. Blend 2/3rds adding raw cashews. Added blended mixture back to pot and stir in kale or spinach.
