Ingredients
165 gram(s) Rice Select Tri-Color Couscous (Dry) (by CPOST90) .5 serving Knorr chicken flavored boullion cube (by MAKERSGIRL) .5 serving Natural Spring Water 500ml (bottled, Ice River Springs) 9 tsp Club House Greek Seasoning (1 tsp) (by VIVAWOLF) 3 tbsp Balsmic Vinagar (Alessi) ~ Mizmaam (by MIZMAAM) 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 75 grams Feta Cheese
Directions
1) Dissolve Bullion cube in hot spring water before adding couscous and covering with cling wrap for 10 to 15 minutes.
2) Dice cucumber, tomatoes, onions and feta in small bite size pieces
3) Mix the Greek seasoning with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
4) Mix the dressing with veggies and cheese before mixing the cooked couscous
