Directions
combine and vita-mix. :) next time maybe add some flaxmeal or flaxoil or psyllium?

pretty thick - dilute w/more almond milk if desired. or ice.

*Blue Diamond brand almond milk has since come out with unsweetened almond milks - yay! Less calories/sugar!
