Stuffed Mushrooms with pork & spinach

1 cup Spinach, fresh 0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar 12 medium Mushrooms, fresh 8 oz Ground Pork 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Brown ground pork after seasoning with salt & pepper, and drain. Spray pan with cooking spray. Brown onions. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Stuff mushrooms and cook for 20 minutes @ 350• in sprayed cooking dish or pie pan.
