6.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted10.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 medium Carrots, raw4.0 clove Garlic100.0 gram(s) Brocoli2.0 cup Egg Noodles, unenriched
Directions
Boil a large chicken breast in 10 cups water, remove skin and bones, chop vegetables and add to water, bring to boil, run down and simmer 20 minutes, make noodles and add, simmering for another 20 minutes
