150 gram(s) Flour, Gluten Free Self Raising, Doves Farm (by ADELE66) 40 gram(s) Ground almond (by LITTLEMISS-MUM) 50 grams Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 3 tbsp chia seeds 50 gram(s) Tate & Lyle Caster Sugar (by LIZZY63) 100 grams Brown Sugar 180 gram(s) Sainsbury's cooked beetroot in natural juices (by NGU_NEHE) 120 gram(s) avocado spread aldi
Mix 3 tablespoon of chia seeds with 6 tablespoons of water and leave to absorb for half an hour
Heat the oven 180 degrees C
Melt butter, with cocoa & sugar
Blitz the beetroot & the chia seeds together till smooth
Mix the beetroot in a bowl with the butter, sugar and cocoa mix
Add the flour & a little salt
Line a small oven dish with buttered greaseproof paper
Pour the brownie batter mix in
Cook for 20-25 minutes
Leave to cool
