Fresh carrot coriander soup

Ingredients
900 gram(s) Asda british carrots (by SLIMLINE52) 3 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 serving Garlic, raw (1 clove / serving) (by JLUCIANA) 1 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 serving Chicken stock cubes KNORR per cube (by BENBRADAGH) 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 30 gram(s) ASDA reduced fat Creme Fraiche (by TEENY1981) 1000 mL Water, tap
Directions
Fry onion and garlic in olive oil peel ginger and dice finely, boil water and make 1 litre of stock. Peel and dice carrots and sweet potato add them to the onion/garlic leave to cook for a few minutes. Season to taste and pour over the stock bring to boil then reduce heat and leave to simmer. Leave on a low heat for half an hour add turmeric stir now blend it all together finally add creme fraiche and stir again check seasoning and dish up.
