4 cup, whole Cranberries .666 cup, packed Brown Sugar .333 cup Granulated Sugar 1 serving Simply Orange, Calcium Fortified Orange Juice, 8 fl oz .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .125 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Wash cranberries. In a saucepan bring to a boil orange juice and sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add cranberries and return to boil. Reuce heat, simmer for 10 minutes or until cranberries burst.
Add the spices. Remove from heat.
Cool completely at room temperature and then chill in refrigerator. Cranberry sauce thickens as it cools.
Serving Size: makes 11 1/4 cup servings.
